Talent Attraction Marketing Strategy for the Northern Shenandoah Valley cover

This project developed a Talent Solutions Strategy to address:

  • High school and college graduate retention
  • Development of a workforce to meet the needs of regional businesses
  • Attraction of new workforce participation from outside of the Region and State

A strategy was completed through focus groups, including employers, young talent, education leaser, and other stakeholders. Additionally, consultants utilized an online survey at the student population. With the strategy complete, the project team is discussing options for Phase 2 implementation.
